Time-Cap's tablet
press processes are among the world's most
advanced. The finished blend is never exposed
to the atmosphere, dust proliferation is
virtually eliminated, and Time-Cap operators
and Quality Assurance continuously monitor
the specifications and quality of all tablets
produced.
Since
all of our tablet presses are gravity
fed from the upper level through thirty-five
cubic foot containers, the finish blend
is never exposed to the atmosphere: only
upon initial dispensing and while on
the feed frame of the tablet press. Therefore,
dust proliferation is practically eliminated
allowing our operators to efficiently
monitor the specifications and quality
of the tablets. Multiple sensors have
been strategically placed on the feeder
chutes to automatically shut down the
presses in the event of a blend flow
interruption. Designed as a wet room,
all services to this area such as air,
vacuum and electricity enter the room
under the tablet presses.
our capabilities
include:

Wet room design,
with all services such as air, vacuum and
electricity entering the room under the
tablet presses.
–
Eighteen gravity-fed
tablet press capacity complete with auto
counter and auto shut-off.
–
Multiple sensors
strategically placed on feeder chutes to
automatically shut down the presses in
the event of a blend flow interruption
–
Tablet presses
fed from 35 cubic-foot containers, enabling
large production capacities.
